The Liively’s platform revolutionises the in-event experience enabling spectators to order and get food delivered directly to their seats, keeping them in the moment, not the queues.
Attending a live event, be it a cricket match or a concert, holds the promise of thrilling moments. However, the experience can be marred by the frustration of missing out on the most intense moments due to long queues at the food stalls. Liively approached Everest to be their partner in developing a scalable solution for this problem.
We built a comprehensive platform that serves as a one-stop solution for patrons, events, venues, vendors, and food trucks. Our integrated system allows tens of thousands of customers to conveniently order from their location. Additionally, we enabled patrons to order from multiple vendors in a single instance.
In simple words, we created a platform where patrons scan a QR code, place their orders, make payments, vendors accept and prepare the orders, and finally, the orders are delivered by runners or collected by the patrons.
Everest's persistent efforts led to the successful implementation of Liively during a WWE Event at the Jeddah Superdome, in Saudi Arabia.
This success story consists of two parts: allowing fight spectators to enjoy the event without distractions and enabling them to order food from the comfort of their seats. Liively gained significant traction from other event organisers, resulting in future contracts as well.
