A system enabling workers to secure and monitor assets from the mobile app
Altor is a solution that helps to secure anything that needs to be monitored and/or secured. This could be the tools in the canopy of a construction company’s vehicle or a storage container etc. The founders had surveyed a few potential client segments, and had already validated the idea. And now wanted to create an MVP to validate the technical feasibility and get more user feedback.
Based on the product idea that was shared, we proposed multiple solutions for the first launch. The solution had a mobile application and a Teltonika board-based hardware, connected to various sensors.
The POC was completed in time and was handed over to the client for further closed group testing and feedback. We were also able to accommodate more features than was originally planned for MVP, without additional time.
