facilitate data-driven decision-making that promotes a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
Organisations are increasingly cottoning on to the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). But, turning this into action can be a bit tricky. Many organisations grapple with fragmented data, manual processes, and a lack of clear insights. On top of that, traditional top-down decision-making can put the brakes on progress and limit engagement. SeenCulture spotted the need to empower organisations to overcome these data hurdles and foster 'democratised decision-making' through 360 profiling, with the goal of engaging and retaining talent by providing a well-rounded view of employee experiences.

We successfully integrated the platform with SeenCulture's existing HRIS systems, ensuring a smooth flow of data and minimising disruption to their workflows. This technical achievement enabled efficient data collection and analysis, laying the groundwork for actionable insights and informed decision-making.

We automated key processes within the platform, such as customer onboarding and survey distribution, streamlining workflows and freeing up valuable time for SeenCulture and its clients.
