We partnered closely with Deeligence, helping shape their vision from the conceptualization. Our collaborative efforts led to a successful MVP launch, a pivotal step in securing their investment. Our ongoing partnership with Deeligence has expanded to include integrating AI-powered file processing into their data room. This empowers Deeligence users to automatically summarize documents, streamlining due diligence and saving time for legal teams. We prioritize data security and ensure accurate, contextually relevant summaries, further simplifying and accelerating Merger &Acquisitions transactions.
